I’m going to continue curating products for the whole home at Sway, but it’s very interesting (and not a bit surprising) to see baby & toddler picks dominate the 2025 top products list. What an evolution from Sway’s launch in 2022 and a reflection of my own journey into motherhood ❤️ …as well as all the friends we’ve made along the way from the Natural Nursery Giveaways and collaborations with baby brands.

Passionate about mini pans
Corresponding with the #10 product from the list, Caraway sent me their Mini Fry Pan this month to match our roomy ceramic saute pan. I very publicly love PFAS-free mini pans, lol: they’re always in the annual Sway gift guides, and they’re in use just about every day around these parts for breakfast eggs (for moi) & omelettes for our one-year-old. I quite literally laughed out loud when flipping my eggs on the first go-round in our new Caraway mini pan: it is comically non-stick. I don’t know how they do it, but I’m sure glad they do. As a reminder, Caraway’s non-stick products are PFAS-free with third-party testing disclosed on their website. They’re also listed in the Green Science Policy Institute’s PFAS-free products guide. Caraway pans are up to 25% off through Jan. 6.
What’s in a baby’s omelette (not pictured!), you ask? Baby Food Bible, a recurring resource in this newsletter, has informed my go-to recipe: one egg, hemp seeds, shredded kale, spinach, or broccoli, and a pinch of iodized salt (BBs need iodine!). I’ll sometimes add in some canned salmon for extra DHA. ;)

Perfectionism is passé
My handmade wreath this year is so crooked and dry (AI could never), it looks like it could spontaneously catch fire. I made it, per tradition, with my bestie next door, and laughed so hard a tear rolled down my face. I will not share it with you: it’s for private neighborhood shame only and worth a million times more in hilarity than a symmetrical faux garland from a big box store!
Wishing you a delightfully imperfect holiday season, and hoping you can shelve anything that doesn’t really matter to you until at least next year, and ideally forever. Whatever you’ve prepared for the holidays is already fine. Take a load off. :)

See you in 2026,
Jennifer @ Sway
